If you find you need to resort to using chemicals, please take care.  Chemicals can enter the body via inhalation, being absorbed through the skin, through our eyes and by ingestion.  This is not a quiz question, just a reminder to finish with that you should always wear the following when using chemicals:

  • a hat
  • eye protection
  • a good quality mask that fits
  • cotton clothing or a tyvek suit that covers all your body that can be easily washed or thrown away
  • work boots or gum boots that can be washed down
  • good quality gloves
